I always have trouble falling to sleep and these literally knock me out like a light. They are easy to swallow and work depending on your metabolism. I do take about three which is probably why they are so strong for me but they have lasted me a long while. There isnt much of a taste but if you leave it in your mouth too long they get a little weird. If you buy benadryl you might be able to get more for cheaper since they are the same thing but this product works very well and is oftentimes on sale.
I have severe insomnia. Even with a powerful prescription sleep prescription medication I have difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep. Caution: be careful when considering whether to combine therapeutic regimens. Any sleep medication can suppress breathing during sleep. Unless you educate yourself and consult a physician, don’t plunge in. It is a helpful OTC medication for me, but I am retired medical school professor, so I thoroughly evaluated the risk/benefits. Keeping that in mind, this an extremely inexpensive product. The cost per dose is MUCH lower than the famous name brand choices products. This is a few cents per dose, about 1/10th the cost of name brands
It"s a sleep aid. It is the same ingredient as the grocery and pharmacy store brands, at a decent price point. I don"t use it every night, as it can make you feel drowsy in the mornings. It does make my mouth dry, but mostly gets the job done.
I have CHRONIC INSOMNIA.. I would literally NEVER EVER go2 SLEEP.. if I don"t take an aide.. These pills work very well & faster than any of the MANY ???????????????????? aide"s I have tried.. My stepdad take 1 & be SLUMPED TF OUT VERY FAST.

First night I took them I started having serious yawning in under forty five minutes. I have had a good nite sleep for past 3 weeks.. I give them a 5star for nights I have.
I can"t sleep at night at all. I have to take something to make me sleep. I tried this sleep ???? aid. A plus to try. Good sleep, no jittery, no brain fog. I learned to take this sleep aid on time, like an hour before bedtime. Don"t take this sleep aid to late at night ???? you will be sleepy in the morning. I take mine between 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm. Then, I am sleep. Filling refreshing in the morning.
