Just woke up after night #3 of taking Nature’s Bounty Sleep3 and all I have to say is, whoaaaa! I’m not sure if this the “best sleep” I have ever had but it’s definitely a nice deep sleep. After the initial night, I woke up with a slight memory loss on what I did right before bedtime. I kinda stumbled out of bed then caught my bearings. I feel asleep within 30 minutes of taking 1 pill. Night #2/3 were a little bit more of a deeper/consistent sleep where I started feeling tired after 30 minutes and bam! knocked out! I have tried different OTC sleeping aids because of my work schedule and I would have to say this one works pretty darn well for me. I would recommend this product to those that need help falling asleep and staying asleep.
I purchased a bottle of these from a local drugstore testing to see if they would work for my 83-year-old Mom. She has difficulty staying asleep at times. Once they passed her test, I signed up for the subscription service on here. They do not make her overy drowsy the next morning. They are easy to swallow, with the coating on them. 45-60 minutes before I want to go to sleep I take a 20mg of melatonin tablet from Micro Ingredients Store - their bag of 400 strawberry flavored tablets works for me. And I like the flavor. I then take the time released tri layer 10mg tablet to keep me asleep for 7-8 hours. I find Nature’s Bounty Sleep3 works well. I’m one of those folks who wake up about 2-3 hours after going to bed and then not falling back to sleep until an hour or 30 minutes before my alarm. So this combination has really helped me. Good luck to those looking for a solution and finding what works for you.
Has 10 mg of melatonin in one tab plus the other goodies that calm relax and help you sleep in a container of 120 . Not a pill pack like the other sizes.
